Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All our products are made-to-order and printed on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Portugal: 3–5 business days
  • EU (most countries): 5–10 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Currently we focus on EU shipping. If you're outside the EU and interested in ordering, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Products & Quality

What blank do you use?

All our tees are printed on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle — 100% ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, with a classic unisex fit. It's soft, comfortable, and holds up well after many washes.

How is the print quality?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, detailed pixel art that's embedded in the fabric — not a sticker or iron-on. Prints are durable and won't crack or peel.

How should I wash my tee?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not bleach

Following these steps keeps the print looking fresh for a long time.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes S through 3XL. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fit tips.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Since every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out within 48 hours.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We can't do direct exchanges on made-to-order items, but if something doesn't fit, reach out and we'll work with you on a solution.
